It is much easier to exercise when you have another person to motivate you.. I offer a professional tailor-made personal training service to educate you in the benefits of Pilates. I guarantee that your posture will improve and your muscles will be strengthened!

It is possible to lose weight quickly by integrating a new method based on cardio exercises. Lose yourself in the tempo as the pounds melt away in our spring slimming treatment or indeed at any other time during the year.

Enjoy the benefits of an intensive fitness programme during a week-long stay in the mountains or by the sea. If you cannot spare the time, I can also run classes at your place of work.

Appointment slots are booked in advance on the basis of flexible and daily timetable.
