Pilates offers a unique method that combines muscle strengthening, flexibility, and relaxation. Come discover a different way to train that blends effectiveness, well-being, and fun!
I have practiced and taught Reformer Pilates for over 30 years. Although it is very popular today, Pilates is not a new method. It was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, who created his first equipment during World War I to help with rehabilitation and strengthening the body.

The Reformer has become one of the most well-known pieces of equipment in this method, recognized for improving posture, strengthening the deep muscles, and developing the body’s mobility in a gentle and controlled way.

I use Pilates exercises as a foundation, combined with strengthening and toning exercises for the entire body. If you have problems with your back, knees, joints, or other areas, it is a safe and effective way to get back into shape and relieve pain.

Before and after pregnancy, it can help prepare your body for the arrival of your baby, and after childbirth it can help you regain your figure and your energy.
