I use Pilates exercises as a foundation and strengthening and toning exercises for the whole body. If you have back, knee, joint problems, or else, this is a safe way to get in shape and help get rid of your aches and pains. 


Before and after pregnancy, it can get you in shape for the baby, and after childbirth, it will get your body and energy up again.
